on gedmatch balochs get very little west / north euro stuff
and often around 12-13 south asian
so it actually seems kinda accurate
also a good amount of balochs are very brown and have south asian features . not all of course but many do
Bruh, if we got with gedmatch, BA2 get "35%" south asian(since i assume you go with eurogenes k12b). The pak-baloch samples should represent balochs more west in Pakistan, which means they shouldnt get that high AASI.
And the fact there are balochs with that low steppe is the fault of gedmatch, considering the "gedrosian" peaks the most in them(and some pak and iran balochs gets "4-7%" euro stuff, since they apparently dont get all their admix sucked into these components. And yes, both the balochs with 80%+ gedrosian and 40% gedrosian, who gets 5-7% euro stuff, are the same on g25, which makes much more sense, since both these balochs lives right next to each other with no natural borders seperating them). Even then, those balochs still gets 1% ne-euro, which means they shouldnt get almost 0% steppe.
Considering the migrations to Balochistan(indo-aryans, sakas + proto-balochs), the steppe shouldnt be 0%
