i cant believe that my OCD is so strong that i know my height exact to the millimeter and time of day etc

for example i know that when i sleep only 4-5 hours at night and wake up in the morning and then am on my feet for at least 10-12 hours + have had a very active day with a lot of walking and / or working out and am fucking tired at the end of the day etc. i can end up at about 175.6cm . which is my "extreme low" i guess

In my case it might make a bit of sense, but the people who have short parents and the height gap between both parents is large but they themselves end up taller than both of their parents and even sometimes by a lot, what could cause that beside the person being potentially adopted? And when a person has 2 tall parents but they themselves end up being shorter than their parents
