well i cant speak for netherlands . but germans are pretty tall too and i dont feel short here tbh .

5'9 - 5'10 is just in general not short . it doesnt look short . the body proportions dont look short . when you look isolated at a 5'5 guy for example without comparing him to others he will still look short and stumpy often . but not 5'9-5'10 . it is a very medium height and a nice height tbh . . the chance of having an aesthetic face and body proportions at 5'9 - 5'10 is a lot higher and more common than with tall heights too

also many people will guess you 5'11 anyway
