You contradicted yourself... if she faked a German accent, nobody there would think she can't be German, it's not like she looks stereotypical MENA or a mixed Latina.
When it comes to passing, the opinion of average people, not people like us, is more reliable.
if thats the case then i can pass in iberia , italy , greece , romania etc since people of those ethnicities mistook me for one of them or said i pass among them . but whenever i say this i get shit for it
i am not contradicting myself . to me passing means more than the local hanspeter / edeltraud thinking you are local only because you dont look too off . if we go by that most russians look german because many local people here would mistake russians as german
