Here's some info regarding jews and their euro ancestry(some analysis made by someone from anthrognica):
Basically, OP's arguments for why jews arent half north italians/half levantines:
It was hard to be a jew economically in 8th century in Rome, while its proposed by studies that jews got their euro ancestry from north italian pagan slaves, who converted to judaism and had children with the male jews. Also it doesnt make sense only male jews will migrate to Italy and not take their families with them
The north italians back then(at the time, when jews were living in south europe) were rather heavily west asian/classical greek shifted unlike modern north italians, who recieved lots of ancestry from northern migrants, aka germanics, which is proven by ancient samples found there. So already by that, we can see the south euro ancestry in jews will rather be south italian alike than anything northern(implying the jews living in middleeast were somewhat more northern shifted than what people suggest).
OP also used haplogroups to prove that jews dont derive most of their south euro ancestry from germanic admixed north italians.

Haplogroups are often a fail measure but ashkenazi jews indeed derive most of their european ancestry from southern europeans who weren't northern italians. I have also heard the aegean theory that southern levantine ancestors of ashkenazis mixed woth aegean islanders the most and that's where their southern european admixture comes from. However, ashkenazi jews as I mentioned before do have traces of western and eastern european ancestries in that 1/2 european ancestry as a whole. Think about it. Half southern levantine and half southern italian like or aegean ancestry would make ashkenazi jews more southern. They would plot with modern day levantines to a closer degree and they would also probably plot closest to modern day sephardic jews and cypriots than to southern italians, maltese and greek islanders

She doesn't pass as Georgian of any kind. Although She can pass as Ashkenazi.

She is half ashkenazi but that wouldn't maker her ashkenazi looking by default. Take a look at Scarlett Johansson. Her mother is Ashkenazi yet she doesn't look ashkenazi at all.
