Her southern levantine is ancient. Southern levant in antiquity was even more SW asian and arabian like than it is today.
i just ran some ashkenazis through eurogenes k12b
some score 16-17 % southwest asian and the others around 14%
that is not much . thats as much as northern west asians score .....

That doesn't mean much. The half european side of ashkenazis is 35% southern european, 8% western european and 8% eastern european. In terms of german jews, the european part decreases. Their southern levantine is ancient and compared to modern day northern and southern levantines it is more southern, arabian peninsula shifted
southwest asian is southwest asian . ashkenazis get around lets say 15% southwest asian on average on k12b . so i dont see how they are arabian like with such a score .
