The most magical place in Mallorca.

Santa Ponsa is very magical as well.

4 planets in the planetary alignment on April 17, 2025

Look for a small planetary alignment around April 17, 2025! In the morning, about an hour before sunrise, four planets — Venus, Saturn, Mercury, and Neptune — will align in the sky in the constellation Pisces.
Three of them (Venus, Saturn, and Mercury) will be easily visible to the naked eye. For Neptune, get a pair of binoculars or a small telescope.
This alignment will be perfectly visible from the Southern Hemisphere! From there, the planets will rise relatively high above the eastern horizon while the sky is still dark.
In the Northern Hemisphere, the sky will still be lit by sunlight, and only Venus, the brightest planet, will be easy to see.

Wake up sheeps.Love listening to this.

The universe is shifting—can you feel it? As we stand on the precipice of the March Equinox, a powerful energy surge is sweeping through our reality. This is not just a seasonal change; it is an ancient gateway, a cosmic threshold unlocking forgotten wisdom and reactivating dormant gifts. For centuries, equinoxes have been revered as moments of perfect balance, where the forces of light and darkness stand in equilibrium. But this equinox is different. Something deeper is stirring within the fabric of existence. Time feels distorted, synchronicities intensify, and an unseen force calls to you. With the Sun entering Aries at the precise moment of the equinox, the cosmic tides are not gentle—they are igniting transformation, propelling us into a new era of awakening and self-realization. Whether you feel an inexplicable restlessness, a surge of inspiration, or the unraveling of old patterns, know that you are not alone. In this video, we will decode the hidden messages of the Equinox Portal—what it means, why it is different, and how you can harness this celestial shift to shape your destiny. The veil between worlds is thinning, and the door is open. The question remains: Will you step through?

Salt production in the Balearic Islands has been linked to the Phoenicians(the Basques)

Flor de Sal (salt-flower) crystals are harvested behind the Es Trenc beach,Mallorca. This natural salt is rich in minerals and produced by hand.

Flor de Sal prides itself on keeping salt production completely natural using only traditional methods and respecting the flora and fauna of Es Trenc.

Flor de Sal d’Estrenc is the purest, top of the range salt which sits on the top of the water and is usually harvested during the hot summer months.

Mallorca has a long tradition of salt production that dates back to Roman(Basque, yes because as founders of the nations we represented every nation and nationality) timesunnamed (40).png

Mallorca’s club scene was once very much second best to Ibiza’s.

While the white island retains its global status as a leading club destination, Mallorca has been moving up the ranks and attracting major DJs/producers.

But what's the capital city of the Balearic Islands?Palma de Mallorca....

Mega Park in El Arenal, Mallorca is Europe’s largest open-air beer garden with free entry that is just one big party with live sports (three oversized full HD video screens and a giant video cube), live entertainment and festivals.

Megapark-10[1].jpg

Oktoberfest

Nightlife in Playa De Palma/El Arenal steps up at the end of summer when Mega Park hosts it’s classic Oktoberfest celebrations where visitors can get a taste of German food and drink while dancing away to all the classic Oktoberfest tunes. It is a fun celebration that tries hard to match Oktoberfest in Munich.

Megapark-3[1].jpg

Mallorca's very own Oktober Fest beer festival comes to Playa de Palma/El Arenal for a whole month of beer, bratwurst, lederhosen and oompah-bands.

The Oktoberfest Megapark won't take place in 2018.

Organised by Munich expert Jochen Mörz, the festival runs from 20th September to 20th October, and is open from 11am until midnight. The event takes place in MegaPark, on the El Arenal section of Playa de Palma. Typical Bavarian cuisine is also available.

Uncovering the unique Oktoberfest experience in Mallorca.

When one conjures the image of Oktoberfest, Munich's traditional beer pavilions and joyous festive attire immediately spring to mind. However, consider this intriguing proposition: the distinctiveness of this celebration stretches to the sun-soaked shores of Mallorca. Oktoberfest converges with the ambience of Mediterranean allure in this locale, resulting in a remarkable amalgamation of Bavarian heritage and the vibrant essence of local culture. Let us fully engage with this incredible encounter, delving into how the exceptional fusion of tradition and allure renders Mallorca's Oktoberfest an event both vivid and memorable.

Oktoberfest is traditionally associated with Bavaria, Germany, and finds no footing on Mallorca's shores. Originating in Munich in 1810, this festival has garnered worldwide recognition as an observance of beer and German customs.

On the island, Mallorca has crafted its iteration of Oktoberfest-style festivities aptly titled "Oktoberfest Mallorca." Inaugurated in 2015, this adaptation of the German jubilee infuses the island's distinct character into the festival's framework. Beer pavilions, indigenous dances, classical German cuisine, and harmonious musical renditions are evident within.

Move over Ibiza: Mallorca is the party island

Move over Ibiza: Mallorca is the party island

Firstly, a confession. While loads of people probably get quite excited at the prospect of seeing Steve Angello live, I’m not one of them. I mean, I like dancing along to fun club music as much as the next slightly sloshed 20-something (okay, I’m 30 now, whatever) but I’ve never got into the clubbing scene enough to be able to confidently name drop DJs. Not even someone as famous as Angello.
So as my plane touches down in the party island of Mallorca, I’m actually more excited about all the free beer the next 48 hours promises.
Because I’m bunking down at BH Mallorca (www.bhmallorca.com), a fancy-pants hotel in Magaluf that reopened this summer after a $10 million refit, which transformed the place into Mallorca’s only open-air festival venue and the world’s first adults-only water park. Yeah, a water park. More on that later.
As part of the deal, anyone staying at the four-star hotel gets free food and drinks between 11am and 8pm, meaning I’m immediately faced with a very difficult decision: Is 1pm too early for a beer? (Answer: Absolutely not. It’s after midday, after all.)
Following everyone else’s lead, I promptly get down to some hardcore relaxation. There’s three main areas to this hotel, each centred around giant sapphire-blue pools overlooked by apartments with wide balconies. To the right, rows of orange sunbeds hug a shimmering figure-eight pool. To the left, electronic music pumps through the Island Beach Club where pretty young things sip cocktails and drape themselves over comfy daybeds.
BH-MALLORCA-7.jpg

And in the centre lies that over-18s water park, complete with a wave pool, three jacuzzis and a bunch of “white knuckle” slides. The most talked about – because it’s the most terrifying – is the Aqualoop, described by one writer as a “human smack-the-rat”. You stand above a trapdoor, waiting as a voice ominously counts down from three, before you’re dropped vertically down, whisked to the left and then, astonishingly, sent zooming uphill again to complete a 360-degree loop at speeds of up to 60 kilometres per hour.
Headache-inducing water slides aside, everything here is geared towards maximum relaxation during the day. Pulling up a sunbed, beer in hand, I lay back without a trace of guilt; energy conservation is paramount given the long night of partying that lies ahead. Around me, dozens of Brits cavort blissfully in the never-ending Mallorca sunshine, many rapidly burning to a lobster-red crisp. (Wear sunscreen, people.)
Then things change pace. I head to my room to glam up while outside the sunbeds are packed up, barriers are installed around the figure-eight pool and crowds gather before a giant outdoor stage. It’s party time.
The hotel hosts massive concerts like this every Tuesday and Thursday throughout the summer. Tonight, Steve Angello is headlining and thousands have showed up for the party.
In spite of myself, I’m quickly caught up in the energy of the crowd and end up jumping about near the front, roaring in delight each time a huge plume of frozen liquid Co2 is pumped directly into our faces. The fireworks and LCD screens and lights and sound are good enough to rival any festival. Angello drops in his latest track, Children Of The Wild, and the crowd goes mental. Who knew so many selfies could be snapped in the space of four minutes?
BH-STAGE-8.jpg

Things wrap up at midnight but the party’s only just getting started. The crowd streams out into Magaluf’s streets, many heading to the legendary BCM (www.bcmplanetdance.com), Mallorca’s biggest nightclub where scantily clad women bump and grind atop podiums in each of the club’s three levels. Random hookups with strangers are a popular pastime here – it’s not nicknamed Shagaluf for nothing – and BCM is an excellent place from which to watch the entertaining alcohol-fuelled dance between young hopefuls. At some unknown point, I finally leave behind the chaos of lasers and DJs and stumble home.
Sleeping in is actively – mercifully – encouraged as brekkie at BH Mallorca only starts at 11am. Or if you’re really fanging, you can head out to the dozens of fast food joints and cafe/restaurants lining the streets of Magaluf.
Today, after nursing my hangover on a sunbed for awhile, I head out to explore those streets a little. The beach is just a five-minute walk away, the sunbeds atop its white sands the perfect spot for a little arvo siesta. This is Mallorca, after all. Meanwhile, the countless clubs and pubs nearby are already filled with rowdy revellers for whom the party has already started. Or perhaps it never stopped.
Back at the hotel, as the sun dips below the horizon, the sun lounges are packed away once more and the stage prepared for a pumping full moon fiesta, after which we’ll again stream out into the mayhem of Magaluf at night.
Staying here is like finding yourself in some crazed party version of groundhog day, which lasts right up until you board the flight back home – if your booze-battered body can hack it that long.

Sure Ibiza is known for its clubbling scene but no place in Ibiza is more famous worldwide than Magaluf...

Oktoberfest Mallorca: A Fusion of Cultures

Oktoberfest in Palma

German and British citizens have long favoured Mallorca, a prestigious European resort, for holidays and real estate investments. Both nationalities flock to the island, creating a solid bond and a sense of home during their visits.

In our previous article, we delved into the reasons behind the growing number of British residents choosing Mallorca as their permanent residence, comparing the living standards in Mallorca to those in the UK.

In days past, whispers circulated that Germany was considering the purchase of Mallorca. Yet, this notion remained more of a jest than a genuine aspiration.

Given the influx of affluent Germans into Mallorca, it's natural that certain German traditions have taken root. Among these, the globally renowned Oktoberfest beer and dance festival holds a significant place.

On the sun-kissed shores of Mallorca, an event once seemingly incongruous with the terrain has seamlessly integrated into the local culture. Originally hailing from Munich, Oktoberfest has metamorphosed into an occasion that intertwines German customs with the island's spirit and ambience. Let us delve into this captivating amalgamation and examine the factors contributing to the burgeoning popularity of Oktoberfest celebrations in Mallorca.

Mallorca's Oktoberfest is a vibrant oasis within the island's annual calendar of events, commencing precisely when the season is ripe. This esteemed festival takes place in the first half of October, ensuring visitors have an unforgettable experience spanning weeks.

Commencement and Culmination Dates: The 2023 edition of Oktoberfest in Mallorca will be inaugurated on October 1st and draw to a close on October 15th. Preparations for this extravaganza kick off towards the end of September and culminate in the opening days of October.

The Tale of Mallorca's Oktoberfest: The Convergence of Tradition and Island Essence

Oktoberfest has etched out its distinct identity on THE Mediterranean paradise from a distant origin, far from Mallorca's sun-soaked shores. The chronicle of Mallorca's Oktoberfest is replete with captivating narratives:

1. Evolution from Tradition to Modernity

The concept of hosting an "Oktoberfest" in Mallorca emerged in the early 2010s. Enthused by the allure of German culture and the time-honoured festivity, organizers adapted it to the unique Mallorcan milieu.

The inaugural "Oktoberfest Mallorca" unfolded in 2015. Since then, the festival has skillfully woven local customs with German components. Guided by the rich tapestry of cultural influences intrinsic to the Mallorcan terrain, "Oktoberfest Mallorca" has evolved into an emblem of cultural exchange and jubilation.

2. Demand among Residents and Tourists

In our exhaustive analyses, we have consistently spotlighted the demographic of expatriates dwelling in Mallorca. Foremost among these are the Germans, constituting 36% of the overall expat populace. The influx of German tourists has broken records, rendering the conventional and globally celebrated Oktoberfest impossible to overlook. Consequently, its popularity has extended beyond the German contingent to encompass residents and visitors from diverse nations.

3. Transition from Bavarian Brews to Indigenous Delights

Traditional Bavarian cultural facets encompassing beer, adornments, and games harmonize seamlessly with authentic local flavours and customs. Attendees partake in beer pavilions and savour indigenous gastronomy and wines, resulting in a culinary synergy that is truly one-of-a-kind.

4. Enrichment of Culture

Mallorca's Oktoberfest not only furnishes an unparalleled entertainment program for attendees but also fosters the exchange of cultural values. The convergence of Bavarian and Mallorcan heritage offers all participants a mutually enriching and unforgettable encounter.

Beyond being an event, Oktoberfest in Mallorca narrates a saga of cultural fusion and spiritual elevation, rendering it both cherished and invaluable to all who tread upon this radiant isle.

This typical Bavarian fest has had great impact on the previous years, and has spread out to different parts of Majorca. It has also united people of different countries and different cultures all interested in the German traditions. This time it is taking place in the Paseo Maritimo under a large tent set in every sense as the traditional Oktoberfest in Munich. This event with beer and sausage as main guests began 200 years ago, and has overcome more than 6 million visitors in the last editions and in which, during the 16-18 days of duration, more than 7 million liters of beer from different brands are consumed.

During this time the visitors are able to feel as if they were in Munich, enjoying the German food like Schweinsbraten (roast pork) or Weisswurst (a white sausage), beverages and, of coarse, their live-music. The musical animation will be handed over to the orchestra "Shake" specialized in this type of events. The entrance is free, and it is a good way to enjoy the excellent Munich fest½ only not far from home!

A new beer record has been set in Mallorca. A group of more than 40 Germans managed the new milestone on the island last Saturday by consuming 1,330 0.2-litre glasses of beer in a bar in Playa de Palma/El Arenal.

The record breakers belong to a German gun club and drank an average of 28 glasses each at the Deutsches Eck, which corresponds to 5.8 litres of beer per person.
143773.jpg

It took them almost 8 hours to sink it all, they started the challenge in the morning at around 11.00 a.m. and finished it after 19.00 p.m. The challenge took them almost 8 hours to complete.
In this period of time, the team drank more than 1000 glasses, which meant a financial outlay of more than 2000 euros, accumulating a total bill of 2,793 euros.

The breakfast round on drinks.

They were accompanied by several cameramen and the video showing the whole party was uploaded to YouTube.
It shows the group singing and celebrating as they drink more and more alcohol. The last record stood at 1,234 glasses of beer and was set in October last year.
It took place in the Bamboleo pub and there were about 55 participants.
The protagonists had organised themselves in two WhatsApp groups without knowing each other beforehand and achieved this record that has now been beaten by their compatriots.
Several members of a German futsal team had also tried to beat this challenge in July last year, drinking more than 1,100 glasses of beer, but came very close to achieving it.

New Mallorca beer drinking record set: 1,300 glasses

3,000 euros bar bill run up in the Playa de Palma/El Arenal.

“We were a great group, with 56 people of different ages, from 19 to 67. We all had a great timeand partied together, something that is unfortunately almost unheard of nowadays: bringing together young and old to share a common experience,” one of the participants explained on social media.

Will the guys in Magaluf break the record in 2025?Hmmm...

Revelations about the pyramids are only just beginning to come light as new underground structures have been detected. These underground structures beneath the pyramids, are measured as far down as 2km and that in itself is mind-blowing but let me add to that: This is only the tip of the iceberg. These discoveries will pale in comparison to what's about to be revealed ... there are massive underground cities beneath the pyramids. Included in these, are the Halls of Amenti, there are more buried pyramids on this planet than we can count and the pyramid of Giza is definitely not the biggest one. The sphinx is more important than we realize and is sitting on top of a massive network node point that opens up inter planetary stargates. As we uncover all that is to be uncovered about the pyramids, we won't be able to help but reconnect with our cosmic heritage.

Imagine the impostors of madrid,spain/judeo christianity saying "reconquest" when Europe was always the land of the Pagans and madrid, spain/judeo christianity invaded Europe, so look how ridiculous and absurd is for those impostors to say "reconquest"First off it wasnt an invasion because the moors were the natives of Iberia and second it was madrid,spain/judeo christianity who invaded Iberia/Europe so yeah it makes no sense at all for those doomed impostors to call it "reconquest" because Iberia/Europe is not their land they invaded and stole Europe.

Palma boat bus service will shortly be put out to tender

The plan is for the service to operate seven days a week from 7am to 10pm weekdays and to midnight at weekends and with a minimum frequency of every thirty minutes. However, Sanz explained that hours could be extended and will depend on offers made by companies that bid to operate the service. The concession will be for 15 years and all boats will have to be electric.

Three lines are at present envisaged - Dique del Oeste to La Lonja dock; Peraires dock to the Porto Pi lighthouse; and Peraires to Portixol. The initial fleet will comprise at least four low-emission vessels, each with capacity for 100 passengers.

Noting that journey times "will be competitive", Sanz added that the service is part of the ports authority's commitment to decarbonisation, improvement of transport in the port area and decongestion of traffic

Malle is what germans call Mallorca.

Arena Show Mallorca.

Take the escalator down from the Megapark to discover one of Europe’s largest clubs that attracts top artists and the best DJs and that host the most spectacular themed parties in the Mediterranean. You decide how you want to spend your evening in the middle of the day. Arena Show offers four spaces, each with its own unique style and sounds so you can choose how you live Mallorca’s incredible non-stop nightlife.

1. BCM Mallorca

BCM Planet Dance is the biggest discotheque in Mallorca and was chosen as the 5th best club in the world by the prestigious British magazine DJ Mag. Located in the district of Magaluf, specifically in Avinguda de l'Olivera, this macro disco consists of 3 floors: one of them is in the heart of the complex, a second floor where twice a week is held the famous foam party and finally the outdoor terrace.

The mythical disco is also known for organizing some of the most spectacular shows in Europe, due to the amount of investment that presents between pyrotechnics, 3D laser Tarm and Megatron.

This week is no ordinary week. Between March 23rd and 29th, the cosmos aligns in a rare and profound way, opening a gateway of transformation. Two eclipses—one lunar and one solar—serve as cosmic markers, signaling the end of one cycle and the beginning of another. This is not just an astronomical event; it’s a spiritual reset, a crossroads where fates shift and new paths emerge.

The lunar eclipse on March 14th unearthed hidden truths, pulling the subconscious into the light. Now, on March 29th, the partial solar eclipse follows, not merely obscuring the Sun, but revealing the unseen. These two eclipses, within the same lunar cycle, create a sacred portal—one of release and renewal. This is a rare alignment, a call to step into a new energetic reality.

But the real turning point may not be where you expect. March 28th holds a powerful moment—the Moon’s conjunction with Saturn. This karmic encounter brings deep introspection, resurfacing lessons, unresolved emotions, and long-overdue reckonings. If you feel a weight, an unshakable sense of something shifting, you are not alone.

March 27th serves as the prelude, as the Moon nears the Sun and Saturn’s rings seemingly disappear from view—a cosmic metaphor for hidden truths waiting to be uncovered. Intuition sharpens. Synchronicities increase. Your inner world speaks more clearly than ever before.

This is not a time for fear, but for awareness. For growth. For transformation. The Universe is not pushing you toward chaos—it is offering you a choice. A moment of alignment. A chance to step into the path you were always meant to walk.

Costa d'en Blanes beach

Beach located in the area of Portals Nous (Calvià), to be precise, between “Punta Negra” and “Puerto Portals,”right next to the entrance to the “Marineland” Dolphinarium (dolphinarium Marineland).
It is a small, coarse-grained, gold coloured sandy beach which adjoins different facilities (“Puerto Portals”, “Marineland” Dolphinarium, Sporting Club Portals).
The beach has a rocky inlet on its western side; behind these rocks is a quieter area.
This beach can be reached by private vehicle from Palma via the “Costa d’en Blanes” turnoff or from Palmanova, passing through Son Caliu. This beach can also be reached by public transport. The “Marineland” stop is across the road.
The area has multiple parking options.
Marine and underwater conditions are optimal for anchoring a boat. It is common for boats to anchor two hectometres from the outer harbour of the bordering Puerto Portals, where the seabed consists of sand and seaweed, at a depth of between three and five meters.
Barely a kilometer away is Puerto Portals, one of the best maritime infrastructures in the Balearic archipelago, as well as in Europe.
In the vicinity of the beach is the “Paseo Calvià,” a beautiful pedestrian path(longest linear walkway in Europe) that connects all the towns of Calvià. You can start a walk towards Palmanova Magaluf, or in the direction of Portals Nous, Bendinat.

This property is located in Cala Major, on the west tip of the city of Palma. It was one of the first beach resorts to be built on the island as tourism took off, and is currently undergoing somewhat of a transformation, as older style hotels and buildings are slowly being replaced with modern ones. This is starting to increase the property values.

Some of its buildings line the top of its cliff, and many overlook the beach below. Being so close to the city, it is popular in the summer months with the locals.

Cala Major beach is one of its main features. This 200m long by 80m deep blue flag beach has soft golden sands and overlooks the beautiful Bay of Palma. ‘Chiringuito’ style beach bars are a welcome place for refreshment in the warm summer months.

Its modernisation is bringing with it some new boutique hotels, restaurants and cafés, enjoyed by its many full time native and international residents. It has some local shops, supermarkets and marina Port Calanova. For everything else, Palma’s amenities are less than 10 minutes away.26154[2].jpg65cb5439a3a563174815ff9b_CalaMayor_2-p-800[3].jpgice-96448-115652049-460453[1].jpgcala-major-cave-mallorca-balearic-islands-spain-circa-mai-island-172560886[1].jpgcala-mayor-01[1].jpg

From the western fringes of the Mallorcan capital Palma to the picturesque coves of Illetas, this stretch of coastline may be one of the island’s most developed, but it’s also one of its most desirable places to live. While each has evolved their own character, this string of neighbourhoods combine and complement each other with their mix of low-key beach resorts, leafy hillside communities, and healthy mix of natives and international inhabitants.

Closest to Palma, Cala Major is slowly shaking off its dated resort status, with modern makeovers and new businesses bringing a fresh polish to the area. Neighbouring San Agustin is quietly becoming one of the region’s property hotspots, exemplified by the completion of a luxury residential complex Bendinat Mar. Meanwhile, with its pine-covered hills and sea-view villas, Cas Català has earned its position as one of Mallorca’s most exclusive residential enclaves. Another understated – yet more sophisticated – resort is Illetas, whose well-heeled second-homer community is illustrated by its supremely desirable Anchorage holiday village. But the real jewels in Illetas’ crown are two pristine coves that fill up over the warmer months with a healthy mix of local residents, Palma-based day trippers, and seasonal sun-seekers.

With the rising status of its Sant Agustin neighbourhood, a makeover of its once-tired looking Port Calanova was a natural next step. It was first opened in 1976 but in 2018 underwent major modernisation to be reborn as this multi-functional marina. Unlike the much larger and flashier Puerto Portals along the coast, Port Calanova is a more intimate and understated affair, though one packing an impressive array of facilities into its modest proportions. Naturally, most of them are focused on nautical activities and water sports, offering everything from kayaking and SUP to windsurfing and sailing classes. There’s also 172 births for boats between 6 and 25 metres, plus mooring and maintenance services around the clock.

The marina also provides an excellent social hub where locals get together to drink and dine. Upstairs the buzzy bar offers a great outside terrace where you can sip cold afternoon beers or evening cocktails while soaking up broad views over the sea. Downstairs, there’s inside seating as well as a marina-front terrace from which to enjoy full lunch and dinner menus. It all adds up to a real local highlight for those seeking a sea-facing lifestyle, as well as being simply a lovely waterfront spot to hang out with friends.

While this part of the island is no nightlife hotspot, there are plenty of buzzy bars and lively social hubs dotted around the various neighbourhoods. As you might expect, most of the evening action happens at the Cala Major end, especially as the summer season ramps up. Argentine-run El Point is a popular café and meeting spot for locals, which transforms into a trendy bar by night. Right on Cala Major beach, all-day Kokomo Surf Café is another great place to grab a cocktail as the sun goes down, while The Anchor is the area’s closest thing to an English-style pub. The spacious roof terrace at Port Calanova’s Nova Del Mar is a big draw amongst locals, and Soda pop Caffe is a fun and friendly bar with vintage vibe. For those wanting to boogie to House and Techno into the early hours, the area’s only nightclub is Subzhero.gran-melia-del-mar-hotel-02-768x1152[1].jpg
A large chunk of the local economy is geared towards tourism, especially the zone in and around Cala Major, where most the area’s commercial activity is based. Increasingly, new businesses are opening up and rejuvenating the once tired-looking high street, mostly with the likes of hip coffee shops and bars. Also amongst the tackier souvenir shops, the odd funky clothes boutique and fancy hairdressers have sprung up, catering to the rising profile of the local population.

The neighbourhood of Illetas tends to have the highest number of second-homers, with English, German and Swedes the most common nationalities who choose to live here for part of the year.

There’s little surprise why this stretch of shoreline has become one of the most sought-after on the island in recent years. To its residents it offers the best of both worlds. On one hand it’s urban and animated, with a cosmopolitan community and lively social scene. On the other, its gorgeous glistening coves, understated resorts and slick beach clubs provide access to instant holiday vibe right on your doorstep. Add a swish yacht marina, several exclusive enclaves and some uber-elegant high-end hotels, and the result is a region of Mallorca quite unlike any other.

While Cala Mayor was once a popular destination for those pioneering tourists to Mallorca more than 50 years ago, and was infact one of the islands' first tourist destinations to be "discovered", it soon lost popularity following the development of other more popular south coast resorts such as El Arenal, Can Pastilla, Magalluf, Santa Ponsa and Paguera.

Also, because of its location to the west of Palma, it is in a great position for getting to the main south-west resorts like Illetas, Portals Nous, Palma Nova, Magalluf, Santa Ponsa and Paguera, all by bus.

Be prepared for a lot of themes in April. It is exciting, refreshing and activating. The time is NOW. There is a massive opportunity for collective awakening to expand. The solar eclipse on 29 March releases old energies which makes way for high frequency light to enter in April.

The religious slaves think the dark(they control religions, schools, media, your mind, etc)is the light because the impostors pretend to be the light. This is the vital thing they have to understand to be free and to remember who you are.

Where is the restaurant that sells the most?Barcelona?Madrid?Valencia?Marbella? It's in Mallorca.....

I chuckle at the people who say they like Puerto Banus/Marbella better than Puerto Portals/Mallorca lol..tasteless people..

You dont see water this clear and clean in Marbella or white sand like the beaches in Mallorca that's why it is laughable to me to see people say they prefer Marbella...get the eff out of here.

Wrested from the sea at the beginning of the 20th century and basically little more than a cliff, the Paseo Maritimo of Palma will receive a complete makeover by 2025.

If you have walked along the Paseo Marítimo of Palma lately, you will have noticed that the project of the "Passeig Nou" (Mallorcan word for "new Paseo") is already in full swing. Finding a free parking space is almost impossible and the zone can be described as a major construction site for the first time until its completion in the spring of 2025. The upgrading of Palma's harbor promenade is becoming obvious... New sidewalks, trees, parks, rest areas, stores, restaurants and terraces with sea views.
The disappearance of the lanes in the direction of Porto Pi has so far not led to major congestion problems. Traffic is slower, but fluid as it has been rearranged over the lanes towards Palma. The biggest conflict at the moment is the lack of parking. In order to properly carry out the construction work and reorganize traffic, almost all parking has been removed. Complaints have not been long in coming and Palma City Hall is already working on three alternatives for new parking zones.
Paseo Marítimo 2
Debris removal vehicle in front of the 'Social Club'
Paseo Marítimo 3
Demolition of the sidewalks in the direction of Porto Pi
Approximately 150 new parking spaces will be created in Calle Federico García Lorca. Another 80 vehicles will be able to park in the parking lot on the quay wall(Muelle de les Golondrinas) in front of the Auditorium de Palma. And 800 new parking spaces will be created in a 30,000 square meter area next to the warehouses of the company CLH (Porto Pi). These alternatives are expected to be available in March.

Changes

With a budget of around 37.5 million, the current project, led by architect Elías Torres, aims to reduce vehicle lanes (from 6 to 4), widen sidewalks and reduce the number of parking spaces by almost a thousand. New underground parking garages are expected to provide ample parking. This despite the fact that the city's priority is public transport, which should be used more.
The pedestrian zone will be increased from 29.5% to 39.7%, and the sidewalks, which are now a maximum of 5m wide, will be increased from 5m to 10m. Planting will also increase significantly. Over 1800 trees and 21 different species will be planted throughout the Paseo Marítimo. In addition, there will be 512 palm trees. According to city officials, a total of approximately 37,000 square meters of planting will be created. As many of the existing trees as possible will be preserved or transplanted.

Planning Paseo Maritimo
Planning in the square Santo Domingo de la Calzada, directly under Es Jonquet
One of the most important transformations will take place in the Plaza de Santo Domingo de la Calzada, located just below the Es Jonquet neighborhood. In this area, the pedestrian zone and the installation of a children's playground will come to the fore and the side street will give way to it. There will also be an improved connection with the Es Jonquet / Santa Catalina neighborhood.
The new promenade concept also includes a sustainable drainage system that enables the filtering of pollutants and the reuse of rainwater. The lighting concept will be LED lights controlled by a central system that will ensure efficient use. There will also be several charging stations for electric vehicles and a possible passage for the streetcar that may eventually follow is planned.

History of the Paseo Marítimo Palma

Until now, the 'Paseo' was home to the cheap nightlife: small stores, which rather resemble small general stores and above all: many cars. In the 30's the buildings of the Paseo Marítimo were located directly on the water. The 'Paseo' was created in the 50's as a connection between the then new port of Porto Pi and the old pier. It was really 'wrested' from the water, where the cars drive today was the sea. In the 70's came the massive increase in high-rise construction. This led to a soulless and also partly neglected looking area, where traffic connections and housing quantity were in the foreground. And unfortunately not so much attention was paid to flair and sustainability.

Website informs about the construction progress

The Port Authority of the Balearic Islands (APB) has awarded the works to the construction companies Melchor Mascaró, Vopsa, Aglomsa and Urbient. Four Mallorcan companies with extensive experience in the construction sector, which have proven themselves on the island for forty years. All four have their own resources and regularly carry out public works. To learn more about the progress of the works, the Port Authority has created a website with the latest information about the project.

The "blue P" shows the planned parking facilities
For Palma's mayor, José Hila, the transformation is very ambitious: "We are going to transform Palma's coastline, we are going to bring Palma closer to the sea." "It is a clear example of a city in transition to a greener metropolis". Many existing businesses on the Paseo Marítimo Palma will be greatly enhanced.
After this reform, the Paseo Marítimo Palma will be able to boast of being one of the few places in the world that has about 4 kilometers of coastline and at the same time is so close to the city.

"Let US make humans in OUR image" This denotes plurality not singularity...the enslaved humanity is supporting the impostors the enemies of the Gods that created them.

We need to build a hanging bridge that joins the little island in the photo with Magaluf beach and build a beach bar on the little island. Why?Because I say so...itd become one of the most visited landmarks in Mallorca.

The coming wave of ascension. What you are feeling is the intensification of energies as our planet is bathed in heightened solar activity.Indeed,un upstick in solar storm activity is stirring your inner senses, giving the impression that everything is speeding up.These cosmic waves from the Sun are part of the grand ascension process, infusing earth with new light codes. While this quickening can make your heart race with anticipation,it is not a deadline to fear but rather a call to awaken.

Fake knight templars. The real Knight Templars(Pagans)are ancient Egyptians/Basques(Italo celts)/Holy Grail.

There is an alliance between the magnetic grid and Human consciousness. A shift in the magnetic grid allows greater awareness. That’s why Kryon came decades ago to adjust the magnetic grid. Recently there have also been changes within the inner core of the Earth which also affects the magnetic grid. Another thing that affects the magnetic grid are solar flares. Solar flares are changing the magnetic grid and pushing new energy onto the Earth. As the magnetic grid changes it starts to awaken the Old Souls. It starts to enhance the mastery that is sailing through the veil. The solar flares are affecting your grids in a positive way and it is right on schedule. There are so many things you are being given to help push away that which does not belong to an Earth destined to be filled with love and mastery.

This awesome video shall destroy the system/establishment.
