Have you ever thought about how you are able to cover that much distance by running without taking a break

well i trained at home 2 times a week . weights and push ups in the last months still even when i was not running so i guess that kept me at least a little fit

and i started running 4 laps first and then improved . i have not run for over a week now lol

heavy sparring in boxing in the ring is a lot more exhausting than running btw. . and i did a lot of hard sparring sessions in the ring where many people were watching . even several rounds after one other

Of course I know what boxing is

Did you take big damage during those sparring sessions?

only 30 now . i used to do 50 easy and my max i did was 86 (but very fast ones)

if i wasnt overweight i would easily do 50 as usual

you ?
Right now I am only doing decline push ups rather than regular pushups. I can do 30 decline pushups in a row. I have only started reintroducing bodyweight exercises in my life for 2 days and as my muscle memory activates more and more, I'll be able to do more pushups. That's because when I was in my early teens I was really into working out and stuff and I could do 80 regular pushups in a row as a kid. Then I got bored with it and stopped being exercise oriented for years until now.

My stamina was also like a horse back then and I was actually quite fast. I could run well for a long time without getting easily exhausted
