he accuses me of things that are not true

I meant that you always exaggerate when it comes to passing people, IRL it's much more different than your "narrow" convictionswhat do you mean ?
you didn't get what I meant but anyway southern euros themselves won't be seen as foreigners in most of MENA if they are dressed like localsI don't agree with iraq and jordan thing but vengeance thinks that I look more southern euro than anything else so for you to say that I need to look euro for him to pass me as kurdish is false

it depends what we mean when we make a thread but you clearly exaggerate for anatolians for examplelol how am i exeggerating ?
the thing is that for me passing doesnt mean that some stupid people on the street will take one as their ethnicity even though he/she doesnt look it only because some very loose parameters match (like being swarthy for example)
one german guy thought i am german once in a club . do i pass as german now only because he was an imbecile ?

when you told me the turks I know look weird I understood
no you look more stereotypically anatolian/west asian than south euro but when you were younger you looked indeed somewhat greek but it doesn't mean that now you don't look somewhat similar to south-east euros of course@Nassbean do you agree with the fact that I am generally southern euro looking? If so then how come I can pass in jordan and iraq in traditional clothes but not pass in southern france for example?
In case of iraqi arabs yes. I don't look like someone they see every day. They also don't see a lot of foreign looking faces to begin with in their everyday lives. This levantine thing is also insane because i don't deny that I can pass as levantine but not to that extreme degree😄no you look more stereotypically anatolian/west asian than south euro but when you were younger you looked indeed somewhat greek but it doesn't mean that now you don't look somewhat similar to south-east euros of course
and I'd say that most southern euros overlap more with levantines than french people like I said you seriously believe people in iraq will immediately know you're a foreigner ? Come on myself I don't look iranian or afghan at all and yet I know none will see me as a foreigner there
you speak as if levantines look vastly different from their neighboursIn case of iraqi arabs yes. I don't look like someone they see every day. The neighbors of levantines are arabs dude and turks if you count hatay province of turkey. From 3 sides they border places that are settled by arabs...you speak as if levantines look vastly different from their neighbours
zoro posted these guys as kurds

While the other guys dont strike me as kurdish at all, the guy on far left has somethin very kurdish about his face(more like iraqi kurdish though. I seen some types of iraqi kurds, that i dont see amongst turkey kurds, that still dont look non-west eurasian).
If he was lighter and nose was somewhat different, he passes easily as a kurd from Iraq
not all "arabs" look the same nor do they have the same genetic profileThe neighbors of levantines are arabs dude and turks if you count hatay province of turkey. From 3 sides they border places that are settled by arabs...
Iraqi arabs, syrian arabs living in the south and east, and jordanians have more or less the same genetic profile.not all "arabs" look the same nor do they have the same genetic profile
In which country do you live ?
Iraqi arabs, syrian arabs living in the south and east, and jordanians have more or less the same genetic profile.
Right now I live in the Netherlands but for 99.9% of my entire life I have lived in Georgia
Arabs living in southern and eastern syria are of bedouin stock and are close genetically to saudis, iraqi arabs and jordanians included. There is no reason to deny this.nope proper arabs in the levant are much more mixed than arabs in saudi arabia or Iraq and the fact that you lived in georgia might explain why you seem to have a stereotypical view of these people
Here the syrians and lebanese I've met don't look much different from anatolians in many cases some even look very european. The jordanians I knew here looked more levantine than saudi and iraqis are diverse.
