Gotta agree, saudis can be really dark, even with as much SSA as jordanians or less eventhese are simply outliers and are obviously not representative
Dark/ssa types are much more common in Iraq and the arabian peninsula

who said you look typically levantine ? I just said that at first sight they will not view you as a foreigner/tourist and in iraq/jordan it depends on the area. You are putting words in my mouth. I didn't say that I would look extremely different in lebanon for example but I said that I don't look typically lebaneae or levantine to go completely unnoticed as if I was 100% lebanese. Also, you claimed that I could go unnoticed in jordan and iraq which I already explained why I disagree with it.
The fact is that Barcin component for the most part is natufian+ some CHG + little steppe.
Bruh. Please check out what jordanians and iraqi arabs look like and then take a look at my pictures...who said you look typically levantine ? I just said that at first sight they will not view you as a foreigner/tourist and in iraq/jordan it depends on the area.
ANF is mostly dzudzuana with some natufian
Either some of you don't know what pure blooded english people look like and therefore claim that minority or some lebanese/levantines can pass among them or ...
I have seen that guy before and he is very atypical.I actually agree with him, recently I went to a syrian restaurant and one of the worker looked strangely NW euro so it can happen
here a known example :
of course he is but such type do exist myself saw one IRLI have seen that guy before and he is very atypical.
you talk as if difference was like day and nightso what ?
it doesnt change the fact that levantines are darker overall than turkey
i am not saying levantines have no overlap with turkey . i am one of the people who even count northern levant as northern west asia
you talk as if difference was like day and night
in terms of pigmentation there aren't much differences between med people let alone between anatolians and levantines ; difference is mostly in terms of facial features certainly not pigmentation
let's agree to disagree and tell us where do you think you'll pass without being seen as a foreigner
???are you trying to bait me into something ?
I will do it. I didn't select Syria or Iran, because outside Rojava (Western Kurdistan) and Rojhelat (Eastern Kurdistan) + Iranian Azerbaijan you don't really pass as a local in those countries.

Yeah, I selected Armenian, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Romania, Albania and Sicily. I think that if you walked there people would not ask you where you are from, because they would think you are from their place.
However I did excluded Iran. In Western Iran people wouldn't ask you either where you are from, But more to the east, Iranians in the east who think you are not really local and more from the western Iran or Turkey or something.
You could never be a 'posterboy' for an Iranid phenotype so to speak.
To be honest to you, although you look Kurdish, I would not consider you to be a 'posterboy' for a Kurdish nation either. By 'posterboy' I mean average Kurd.
I excluded Semitic/Arabic countries, because I don't think you look Semitic. You look more Turkish first than Lebanese or Jordanian. I think that people in the Levant would associate you with Turkey.
I don't know exactly how a Kurdish 'posterboy' might look like, but I have an example how a Kurdish 'postergirl' should look like. She is from Şirnex (Northern Kurdistan).

I do agree with you. Kurdish 'Iranid' is a little bit different. It is more Northern West Asian shifted with a Caucasus 'flavour'. Iranian/Persian 'Iranid' is somehow more South(Central) Asian shifted.i am not atypical for our ethnicity though bro
also the iranid that kurds are is often different from those in iran
and not all iranians are iranid lol
but i agree that i look off for most of iran
