That's correct
There are a shit ton of Germans here and it's a mini Germany here so I know what I am saying of course. Also, looking at the statistics the same seems to be the case
its around 180 - 181 for young ethnic german men
178-179 if you count older men too (ethnic german)

That measurement lags just 2-3 behind NL's average. They are pretty much the same people even height wise

Averageness is a dead-end zone
The same is true for Geo in my case whenever I am there since the average height for both Turkey and Geo seems to be the same but there are still a decent amount of people in Geo who are my height or even shorter
pretty cool that we 3 here are around the same height give or take a bit
he is 3-4 cm shorter than us 3 . maybe even 5cm
