It's almost unheard of to lose 4 cm in height throughout the day
my EXTREME low is 175.4 or so . like when i didnt sleep much the night and then am 14+ hours awake AND did weight training or had a lot of pressure otherwise on my spine . didnt drink much etc

How am I wrong. 1.5 inches is almost 4 cm.
Regardless 3 cm for an ordinary day is still above average. The average is around 2cm.

I’m honestly still a little shook GMstack90 is Bedouin to be honest. He doesn’t look like the peninsular Arabs I’ve seen. Unless I just have a really skewed image of them. I always imagined them having very narrow faces and pointed features. I would have seen him passing better as Egyptian or even atypical west Asian before Arabian
