Feel free to let me know why you think there is such an insignificant difference in the natufian scores but a noticeable difference in CHG, Iran_N scores. EHG score difference is also interesting. @Raptor @Bana da bir bardak su

CHG difference is kind of logical.
It's still puzzling why I have less EHG than the reference.

EHG is mostly ANE, so CHG and Iran neo has tons of ANE in it. that's why you don't get EHG

I am aware that CHG does mask some EHG inside of it but I was wondering why my direct EHG component is less than that of the reference. Think of it this way. I get my CHG separately which of course contains some EHG but I also get EHG itself separately. The amount of actual/separate EHG that I get is confusing to me. That's what I meant basically.

Your WHG amount may be low.

my WHG is non existent. Even if you take the Dutch, even they only get 15% pure WHG. But EHG is 1/2 WHG-like anyway.

The WHG component of the Europeans seems to have been swallowed up by the Anatolians and steppe immigrants who later came to the region.

14% iran_N and 15% CHG isn't low for a levantine population that speaks arabic as a first language.
also their CHG is slightly more than yours

it's reasonable that levantines, especially syrians and lebanese to have slightly more CHG than kurds on average. The reason for that is because these people derive a lot of their ancestry from Bronze age caucasus population that was obviously CHG rich in composition. Additionally, apparently a knock off version of kura-araxes civilization was established in southern levant according to excavations. Southern Levant feels like and is a completely different world from caucasus if you ask me but it is what it is thanks to the migrations.
