I prefer to call them White Mexicans, even if their looks are fully Spanish, for two reasons:
1: Almost all Mexicans have Spanish genes.
2: The ones that are more Spanish, genetically speaking, and look as one still score Amerindian, with some exceptions here and there, and I guess the fully...
Berids are very spread all over Latin America because our main Euro stock is Southern European.
Here in Brazil, they have a particular working/lower class vibe.
In the USA, they are common among Italian-Greek/Portuguese-Americans.

White guilt, to me, is more like an American phenomenon, in my 23 years of life I have never seen a white Brazilian complexed about his race.
But in Brazil, white is merely skin colour, it doesn't have the same identitarian/cultural aspect as in the USA.

Joaquim Lopes, Brazilian actor, is a good example of Atlanto-Med, and he shares some resemblance with Spanish race drives from Formula One, Fernando Alonso:
I think he has an ambiguos phenotype, resembles diferent brown ethnicities around the world.
