The Southern Cone is the southernmost region in South America, it consists of South Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, & Paraguay.
Argentina is mostly Whites/Criollos & Mestizos, & a smaller numbers of Amerindians, areas like Jujuy are more Amerindian, while Buenos Aires is more White/Criollo, the average Argentine is 33-78% European & 17-35% Amerindian.
Uruguay is also mostly Whites/Criollos, with significant number of Pardos, & smaller numbers of Blacks/Afro-Latinos & Mestizos, in Montevideo, the average is 92% European, 7% African, and 1% Amerindian, & in Tacuarembó, the average is 65% European, 15% African, and 20% Amerindian.
South Brazil is mostly Whites/Criollos, with significant numbers of Blacks/Afro-Latinos & Pardos, the average South Brazilian is genetically 74-87% White, 7-15% Sub-Saharan African, & 5-11% Amerindian.
Paraguay is mostly Mestizos, with smaller numbers of Whites/Criollos, the average Eastern Paraguayan is 55.4% European, 33.8% Native American and 10.8% African.
Chile is mostly Mestizos, with a significant minority of Whites/Criollos, & smaller numbers of Blacks/Afro-Latinos & Amerindians, the average Chilean is 51-68% European & 32-44% Amerindian.
That being said, Chile & Paraguay is mostly Mestizo, while Argentina, Uruguay, & South Brazil are mostly White/Criollo.
