If we were to say that this dude could actually be half saudi then his non-saudi side has to be albino tier white in order for him to look that way or he is literally a copy paste of his non-saudi parent. However, the dude claims that he is fully saudi albeit he is trolling most likely

My comment is it can be possible considering back then a lot of people settled in Mecca after hajj. Even people from the Caucasus and balkans settled in Mecca because before planes it was expensive and difficult to travel back and forth. So I can see him being from there, but outside Mecca, I can’t even see him passing atypically.
