It was on a YouTube comment, plus his name is fahad, which is extremely uncommon in the levant outside Bedouins, and is very common in SA. Plus he was writing all his comments in Arabic barring a few in English

It can be possible considering back then a lot of people settled in Mecca after hajj. Even people from the Caucasus and balkans settled in Mecca because before planes it was expensive and difficult to travel back and forth. So I can see him being from there, but outside Mecca, I can’t even see him passing atypically.
