it’s not exactly what u talking about people know who is kurd who is turk who is arab etc. accent reveals that. most people turkified but still people aware their roots. i saw many turkish nationalist kurd but still they know they are kurdish. arab and gypsy population is not that much high and gypsies are lives in very outside and isolated tbh i’ve never seen much gypsy in my life and i’m 22. it is not that possible to confuse kurds with arabs or gypsies. maybe arabs but not gypsies.

btw hatay is not darkest place imo many cities in southeast have more darker featured people.

but accents you will hear most of the time when you talk to the people or even better know them personally . but when the average turk goes on the street or the mall or the supermarket etc. he will just see random people . and then when he sees for example gypsies then he will just assume they are kurdish because of his misconception

anybody who KNOWS many Kurds and Turks personally will tell you that there is not a drastic difference and that there is misconception of kurds

bro turkey has a lot of gypsies . one of the countries with highest gypsies lol . and this is exactly what i am talking about . you walk around and see them but dont know they are gypsies . not all gypsies are living on the street and are unwashed

but yes that stereotype exists very strongly
lol i saw in twitter few days ago a kurdish citizen says unfortunately we were 2nd class citizen before than arabs/syrians came turks are 2nd class now and we are 3rd.

mark my words . in the end you will agree with me at some point . many things that i say come to truth in the end in these forums .

i wasnt even aware of gypsies in the past by the way . when i watched kurdish music tv shows there were men who played instruments who looked very very exotic and different from the other people there (kurds) and i thought to myself damn we must have some extreme individuals . but no ......they are gypsies meger

by the way . let us compare Balikesir and Hakkari . one of the most northwest province of Turkey and you can be sure these kids are mostly turks . and hakkari video are most likely minimum 90%+ ethnic Kurds and nothing else . and Hakkari is the most southeast province of Turkey

and i am even making it unfair towards me because the balikesir kids are very young and children are lighter often than adults and the hakkari video has many older women in it etc.

as you can see the turks are a little lighter but the difference is not huge . and this is far northwest vs far southeast

watch the full balikesir video since it is only 3 minutes

and watch the hakkari video especially from 6:25+ to see faces up close

same festival in my homeprovince Dersim / Tunceli

so the difference to balikesir is even less

watch from 2.56 + especially to see the faces closer

our province is one with the fewest gypsies among the Kurdish provinces if i am not wrong .

this is "eastern turkey" that so many imbeciles in forums darkwash or say nonsense about . east törkay must be one of the most misportrayed places in anthroforas .....and it will probably never end lel

we dont always agree . you accused me of nonsense which is a big disrespect . and you also dont give value on my opinion . and i am disappointed by you and dont like you anymore lol

and of course there are some differences facially . but even they are not huge .

especially not when you consider how much bullshit and myths go on in anthroforums about "east turkeeey"
