Why Turkey defined as Middle Eastern but Caucasus is not

As a genetically speaking some of Turks have significantly more Euro admixture than Georgians, Armenians and Azeris and some Turks have slightly more European admixture than Southern Caucasus.

Georgia and Armenia is Christian ok but Azerbaijan muslim majority country like Turkey but people don't see them as part of MENA. Turkey and Azerbaijan both already secular states. I don't know what makes people think Turkey is part of Middle East.

I'm not saying being middle eastern is a bad thing, please don't get me wrong. But I don't feel middle eastern and I think most Turks are not middle eastern.

and if there is such a thing then it is mostly appliable to arabs including iraqi and jordanian and maybe south iranians too

I don't know, my impression is that when people hear about the Caucasus, they associate it with the Middle East much more than with Europe. I don't think the average person will hear of Georgia or Azerbaijan and associate it with Europe at all. The exceptions are the parts of the Caucasus that belong to Russia, in that case people do consider them Europeans or weird Russians

I send my photo to someone on reddit before (to guess my ethnicity) and I said I'm Turkish and partly Georgian. And I got this answer lol: you don't look Georgian at all they look Slavic. LOL

But in this type of forums of classification, genetics... people are more awareand know more about those areas of the world. I think Armenia may sound more European, maybe some people think it's in the Balkans or somewhere like that, but still I don't think most people consider it European before middle eastern.
In my impression, people who have no idea would think before that Türkiye is European before Azerbaijan since Turkey is much more famous all over the world.
All this would change if any country in the Caucasus joins the European Union of course. People would start to associate them more with Europe

go and photoshop both with light skin colour, and see what happens. her facial features are pretty west eurasian, specially compared to the rest of the punjabis, she's just dark-skinned. its not for nothing mesoman said she looks like a dark skinned version of a georgian woman he knows.
