So, I have a friend who is white, & he's claiming that he's Japanese, Native American (from a few tribes like Cherokee, Pueblo, & Blackfoot), Jamaican, Latino, & Irish, but he looks Anglo-Saxon or Germanic as fuck, he has blond hair, hazel eyes, & Faelid features.
I have another white friend who's claimed all kinds of shit over the years, like Irish, Native American, Spanish, Jewish, Italian, Black, Mexican, Cajun, etc, but has English & Scottish surnames, & he looks like the typical nerdy Brit.
All of my neighbors are white, I'm the only mixed person in this apartment building, & nearly all of them claim Native American ancestry, but one of my neighbors took a DNA test & came out 100% European, mostly Scottish, the only neighbor who could have legit Native ancestry is a lady who's mom claims to be 1/3 Native, & her mom told me that her brothers are darker than me, but she has blue eyes, so IDK.
My black friend claimed to be only 1/4 African-American, & mostly Cherokee & German, but he looks 80%+ SSA.
The point is that I don't understand why so many Americans tend to bullshit about their ethnic or racial origins, I met so many Whites that claim Native American ancestry, without any proof, they don't even have a tribal ID.
& many Anglo-Americans claim Irish or German, despite have English surnames, & are Protestant, according to the 2020 census, only 7% of Americans have English ancestry, but I believe it's higher than that, despite heavy immigration from all over Europe, I believe that most White Americans are still of heavily British ancestry, but like to claim Irish or German to feel exotic.
Over 90% of White Americans don't have any Amerindian DNA, & the only Whites with Amerindian DNA are those with recent legit tribal affliation (like Todd Palin or Will Rogers Jr. for examples) or that have Latino ancestry (like Nick Fuentes) & only some White Americans have Black ancestry, higher percentage than those with Amerindian ancestry, mainly in the south, usually due to their Mulatto or Quadroon ancestor passing for white, the vast majority of White Americans are still 100% European, unlike the Criollos of Latin America, who usually have small amounts of Amerindian or Black ancestry, unless all of their European ancestry is from recent immigrants.
Most legit American Mestizos live on the reservations or nearby, are enrolled in a tribe, have a tribal ID card, & have obvious Amerindian traits.
