Human beings are very bad with faces. The human mind only registers a few features. Pictures also compress a lot of information.

The people you've been said to look like, don't like you at all. Perhaps people are just seeing your nose, eyes, facial shape, or skin color individually and think that one or two features make a person look alike. I've been compared to people of completely different races from me.

but i can really not see anything that is similar between him (the guy i posted on OP) and myself . the only thing arguably being a bit similar is that both of our noses look similar to an arrow downwards . and that we both have black hair and relatively light skin

other than that he looks very different from me
