"family tree checking" is not enough for this . he would need to do a genetic test

@vengeance Isn't the healthiest and the most ideal body fat percentage 12%? Anything under 8 is too unhealthy and anything above 20 is starting to get problematic

as far as i know up to 25 % is "okay" ...especially when you are older . over 25% is too much especially over 30% which i am currently

12% is also ideal but i think it is a bit healthier to be 15% actually and i think it is harder to maintain 12% regarding hunger levels and calories

But imo they aren't that much lightwashed, do you know groups that are somewhat lightwashed? Afghans and Central Asians in general, they are portrayed are extremely pale people with even germanic traits, because of that Yamnaya/Steppe thing.
