To be honest, coastal berbers as whole really arent much darker than turks(though turks have a lot more pale types, and some berbers can be REALLY dark).

Berbers more south like Marrakech, are indeed darker though

Yeh, he doesnt exactly look like most turks. The turks he looks like, are likely rather from Hatay(south Turkey, where arabs lives). Not that there arent turks looking like this, but i dont see any of them look like that.

You probably mean alawites instead of actual arabs? Not saying that arabs don't live there in hatay

Whatever, he doesnt look like the common ethnic turk, but rather someone from Syria or Palestine

But some ethnic turks can even sort of look like a dark afghan without any foreign ancestry(extreme outliers), so the guy might just be a regular turk?(doubt though)
