Nature, tranquility... Japan and the Bad Korea are societies in which you can only work, while in the Good (north) Korea you don't even need to think for yourself

Japan, that's where the Arcades are at with the Yakuza games and whatnot, lol. Also, there are more cities that I find interesting to visit in Japan. Like Kamurochō and Osaka. And as far as food, Japanese more I think. I have been buying-eating more Japanese food than Chinese food itself when I order E. Asian food.

i watched physical 100 which is from south korea and the people are very likable

Japan by a country mile
Better culture, better looking, more polite, well mannered, respectful, less racist, have relatively more diversity of thought, better arts and film, better landscapes and natural environment, they also have retained their faith tradition (shintoism). Japanese language is also sounds way cooler.
