Same guesses as @goldenhand minus the dark German guess. Dark Germans to me I think look more similar to French and certain Italian and Spanish types. Dark Germans usually look Celtic, which that guy doesn’t look Celtic except for maybe celtiberian (spain)

Depends on the French. North-Central, NE and NW French don't strike to me as being more exotic than your average germans

Not exotic, but I can tell French apart from German as French on average, ignoring immigrants, are more brunette on average. Plus French to me have more Celtic features than Germans.

I think that Northern French can comfortably pass in Central Germany as natives. They do have more atlantid touch to their phenotypes in comparison to Germans but they are still easily passable there
