I think it can be passed as Gypsy, Afghan, Syrian and Pakistani only in Turkey.

Now that it occurs inside his head that he fits way below turks and west asians in that race-ladder because of his gypsy looks, he has to compensate by obsessingly insults afghans(though hes 100% jealous of west asian looking afghans, who are pretty common)
Its like south indians insulting black people, so they can feel better/above in that so called "race-ladder". So sad
