they look latin american but can also pass in palestine , jordan , maybe syria and maybe parts of north africa

They could pass for Portuguese from the Azores, or Silicians, or maybe atypical Andalusians.

I know some Portuguese-Americans that look like them.

They also could pass for Sephardic Jews.
