I’m like average American height but not 6 foot, build is lean, I lift weights, have good shoulders and arms but I’m not a body builder
I am assuming you are 5ft 10 or something if that's the case. What's your lifting experience

I don't know about Latinas but do whites and "mid easterners" act in a weird way with you considering how South Asians are viewed globally or is it different in the US
Where are you located?

No, they don’t act differently cause I’m American and it would be different for a fob with an accent. I usually get a fade, people think I’m Hispanic - at least most light skin brown guys get mistaken for Hispanic but my name is arabic so white people just assume I’m “islamic” or “arabian” due to ignorance. As for middle eastern girls, I prefer Muslimahs and in the Muslim American community nobody cares about race that much. You go to any hookah lounge and you’ll see MENA and south Asian Muslims hanging out all the time. Intermarriage is pretty common in America. As for Latinas, a lot of them like brown and middle eastern guys- where I live they don’t differentiate cause it’s all “islamic”. Lots of Latinas are on Muslim dating apps converting to islam, they’re the fastest growing demographic.

Yeah rounding up I guess 🤣 I go to the gym regularly but I’m not some body builder. I can bench my weight which is normal for any guy, I try to focus on arms and pecs and legs although I’ll admit I hate deadlifts so it’s something I got to work on.

didn't know that about Latinas.

I suppose there are many gulfers there in the US? Since they are not easily distinguished from South Asians religion aside

But for how long have you been going to the gym. Did you have to train on your bench to achieve benching your bodyweight or could you already bench your bodyweight the first time you touched the barbell? Legs are not fun to train but you gotta do what you gotta do

Most Arabs here are Levantine and North African, you mostly see gulf arabs in college. It’s not so about being distinguished, it’s more about the general ignorance, the average Chad and Tyrone dgaf about differentiating Mahmoud from Iran or Baljeet from Punjab unless they’re super academic.

Since high school, been a decade. Yeah you get better the more you lift and no I started off light and progressively increased the weight. Are you trying to get into lifting?

what's your one rep max on bench?

Yeah, I just got serious about training. It's been a week or so

or is it your bodyweight. AFAIK most people who train can exceed benching their own bodyweight. And I mean an average lifter

I don’t really do one rep, I think those stats are usesless cause anyone can use all their strength to set a new pr for themselves. Just lift consistently and gradually increase the weigh.

The must be very ignorant then but most people are not interested in this sort of stuff anyway but it is a matter of not being retarded

Like I said I don’t really train, i just go to the gym regularly, do what I can. For me it’s more about aesthetics/looking good than statistics.
