What does this language sound like to you?

because the reporter was speaking somewhat fast, right?
i assume you didnt feel exactly like that with the men speaking, just the reporter

It sounds like some Middle Eastern language at the same time (way of speaking and words). I can't pick which one because I don't know any of them enough to recognize similarities.
