On Facebook anthropology groups (I won't name them here), they been giving me BS classifications like "Zambo" & "Triracial", & my good friend who is also genetically harnizo, but getting classifications like "Quadracial", I showed them my DNA results, & they claim that "I faked the results" or "stole the results", these groups are full of alt-right people from Europe & especially South America, who are wannabe nazis.
On serious anthropology forums like here, I usually get classifed as harnizo or balanced mestizo, or part MENA, on Reddit & Discord I also get classifed the same way.
Facebook "anthropology" is a waste of my time, they don't know nothing about real anthropology
Anthropology is the study of people, we study cultures, human evolution, languages, human fossils, archeological remains, societies, human genetics, phenotypic classifications, kinship, ethnography, etc
Cultural Anthropologists study different cultures, & live with a culture for a while, & study that culture, that's called participant observation, which is part of a ethnography, they also study kinship, which is the study of family, they also don't judge another culture, that isn't theirs, this is called cultural relativism.
Physical Anthropologists study human variation & evolution, some do phenotypic classifications, in paleoanthropology, they study fossils of ancient human species like the Neanderthals, basically the study of human evolution, & those in foresnic anthropology, work with the law, to identify a dead person's body, including the cause of death, the sex, the race, the stature, & the age.
Archeologists study human prehistory, they dig up ancient remains, & date the remains, many Archeologists work with the government, corporations, & universities.
Linguistic Anthropologists study human language, the relation between language & culture, the origin of languages, etc.
So this is what anthropology is all about, it's a science, anybody that studies people is a Anthropologists, regardless of educational background, it's the study of people.
Anthropology isn't about a bunch of alt-right clowns who look down on mixed-race people or disabled people, it's not about who's whiter, & it's not about giving pseudo classifications.
