Despite many paintings of Jesus as a Northern European, he was a Mizrahi Jew from Israel, the Jews at that time didn't mix with Europeans yet, & they resembled many many modern-day Middle Eastern ethnic groups such as the Samaritans, Druze, Kurds, & Assyrians.

Despite a minority of Middle Easterners having a European-like phenotype like the blond Palestinian girl, Jesus likely had olive skin, brown eyes, & darker hair, keep in mind that the Arab slave trade hasn't taken place yet, & the Arabian Veddoids were isolated from the Middle Eastern Caucasoids, & the Mongoloids haven't conquered Anatolia yet, so Middle Easterners weren't as mixed as they are now.

This photo shows a photo of how Jesus probably looked like, based on Semitic skulls from that era, which shows that Jesus was very likely a Berid or Coarse Mediterranean type, which can also be found in the Middle East & North Africa in much smaller numbers, compared to Southern Europe.
