Hello all. I´m back. Finally. I was without internet for a while as I have move. New location. So yeah, there was a little problem with getting internet connected, because of the COV19...The internet companies they were saying they could not send someone down to connect it because the COV19. Long story short, I had go back and forward, with the company I was with (Spectrum) and also in talks with former internet company (AT&T ) . Both which are the 2 top internet companies. Spectrum and AT&T internet. Anyway, I was send the stuff, for me to self install...To connect the internet and cable...From Spectrum, and I try but could not get it done, after doing everything in the book. I could not get it connected the internet service. But yeah, its not my job to do that. Thats why I pay and their job is have the stuff install and connect the internet So i had different calls try have someone come to install it. All they have to send someone with face-mouth cover and install it.¡ So because of that, I had it cancel the service twice. This was not working out. I was mad,frustrated etc. So had the internet service switch back to the former ((AT&T ) to try with them.And today, they show up from both companies...First from Spectrum than minutes later from AT&T. But the last talk was with AT&T. So yeah. About time.
