Looks you are 3/4 French-Canadian & 1/4 Scottish, I think this new update got more accurate for French people, as well as those with Sephardic Jewish ancestry.

I’m actually all French-Canadian. Scottish people did settle in Acadian communities.
Like I said before, the accuracy of Ancestry DNA blew my mind. It has me genetically closest to Acadians from Eastern Nova Scotia, which yes, I am an Acadian from Eastern NS… but also in the “migration patterns” section it’s pretty accurate, tracking with what I have been told about my family history as well as what I could find on paper.
