i dont know what "brown facial features" are supposed to mean but yes their facial features are very different from northern west asians . even from southern west asians much of the time

south asians most of the time have a distinctly subcontinental look on them . that makes south asians furious though and they dont want to accept it and then start with the "muh diversity" thing . yes of course you are diverse my indian friends but the majority of you look clearly south asian nonetheless .
