You shouldn't have removed CHG. That's the fundamental problem.

i removed it to show you the problem . you can make people score a certain component in various amounts if you want

here with CHG . fit of 5.9 . still not good . however not bad either . many europeans cant be modelled with a fit better than 6-7 using neolithic time period

Removing two components that are largely similar to each other isn't great and will always result in a skewed result. The thing that you did doesn't corroborate your story that you getting a few percentages of AASI is false. As I said it's not a big deal. If you were to remove 2 or more similar components from the spreadsheet then the worse the fit will get and the more irrelevant components get exaggerated.

Sometimes A fit of 5.9 is better than a fit of 1.1. at low distances overfitting is a common occurance and when that happens the components basically eat each other up which won't paint a good picture.
