Using averages are better because as you can see in your plot some individuals are rather "different" than the most and making the average of those individuals serves a purpose of better representing the people from those specific regions with the least amount of skewness
That distance is quite far for G25 standards..
No. almost 1/2 of europe falls within that distance and you getting that distance to a kartlian suggests that they are far from you
If they get 0080.. dostance then yes they are very far from each other but at least 1/2 of europe falls in the range of 0059 distance which is the distance you get to the closest georgian academic sample on G25 😃
I said 0.08 and not 0.048 and even 0.048 isn't that close but it definitely isn't too far away. Also the pontic greek average on G25 is a bit fishy, it's a bit more Caucasus shifted than it should be considering that a decent number of pontians are in my range in terms of the cauacaus score
