Yes, he is a very good example of Mexicanid, a multi-generational Mestizo phenotype found & created in Mexico, looks like he doesn't have any recent recent Criollo or Amerindian ancestry (like a grandparent or great-grandparent).
This Mexican Mestizo from Michoacan is also a very good example of Mexicanid, he's a multi-generational mestizo, & his entire family has probably been mixed for at least a couple of centuries, he came out balanced mestizo on 23andMe, & so did both of his parents.
