to me probably u can pass as very atypical but almost everyone can pass as atypical to something else if u are not totally alien for there but nassbean knows better

even i think i can pass as very atypical because some berberid features somewhat similar to mines.

north africans with such features still retain a berber look while in your case there is something very turk/central asian idk how to explain exactly

I can agree for his pigmentation being atypical but not his facial features but it doesn't matter because genetically he's totally native to the area
