I have fat cheeks which take away many surgeries worth of definition from my face. It's called buccal fat if you don't know. And even though i am rather slim, my face stors more fat than other parts kf my body due to shitty fat distribution genetics that i inherited.

What are you talking about lol. When I smile there is a huge pile of fat that appears in between my masseter muscles and chin/mouth area. That's where buccal fat pads are located and theh are huge in my face. It's also called baby fat. I could only hope that they go away as I age but if not then I will consider getting a surgery to remove it because without it i would look at least a point higher than what I currently look like.
