Northern Mexicans who look like a Eurasian or have pseudo-Mongoloid features

I have noticed that several mestizos from Northern Mexico look like hapas or Eurasians, what do you think this is due to?

well there was a large asian population in Northern Mexico, chinese in Mexicali make up about 16% of the elementary students, so that is a lot

Like Celph said, there was Asian immigration to Northern Mexico.

Despite my family being from Western Mexico, I have some cousins who look part Asian, & I even talked to one of them, & she said that she probably has some Asian ancestry, most likely they are part Filipino.

Probably due to Asian immigration in the region.

Guerrero, Mexico has large Filipino populations just like how Cavite, Philippines have large Mexican populations.
