Iranian wrestler executed in Iran

As far as I know Navid Afkari killed another man during the protests.
I read in the comments that they did false accusations against him.

Read this post...
" RIP to Navid. He did not deserve to die, the accusations against him were completely made up and that is what the Iranian government is known for doing. They lie and lie. Just like they lied earlier this year about shooting down the passenger airliner, just like they lie about not pursuing nukes, just like they lied about not having killed so many other protestors over the course of the last several years. Iran has sanctions against them for a reason, because of their evil murderous corrupt government, but now it is time to put even more pressure on their government so the innocent and good iranian people can finally be free."

Why would they falsely accuse him? I don't know anything about hte case.

Don’t forget that the majority of people who has been tried is 'innocent'. At least according to themselves.

As an Iranian, I would like to thank Dana White for standing up for my brother and for doing whatever he could do to help him. It was a dark day in our history and we all are shocked and devastated. More than anything, this was a political statement by Iran's government to the Iranian people that they can do whatever they want to do to us, and nobody in the world, no matter how rich, famous or powerful, and not even the president of USA is able to help us. It was a message to the Iranian people, that no matter your physical and mental strength, Iranian government is capable of breaking you and could easily end your life. At the end of the day, Navid's blood is on our hand, and we, Iranians, are responsible. All of us that were silent and didn't do what we could do to save Navid are accomplices to this murder. Shame on Iran's government and more than anyone else, shame on us Iranians. They killed our Navid in front of us and all we did was to watch."
