I don't see how I look like this Mongol Turanid/Turk, when my eyes are not slanted, and neither do I have a short flat nose.
I always see myself as White, and many people around me consider me as White, and nothing else.
Nobody has ever guessed me as a Eurasian, and now, this is the first time someone assume me as a Eurasian, when I don't have any Slant-eyed Mongol/Turanid features.

No you didn't, Italian surnames are regional, all but the most common surnames. It definitely is a North Italian surname and found in Lombardia. It isn't South Italian. Italian surnames are like a hobby for me.

Chiapella is an Italian last name, he's not fully Spanish, and also, he has more of that Dinarid admixture, which is possible that he could have Arbëreshë/Albanian admixed heritage from his Italian side.
The Dinarid Albanian community in Italy goes way back, during the rule of Constantine(The Illyrian/Albanian Caesar of Rome, who is an example of Dinarid).
