1% Yucatan indigenous ancestry is interesting, combine that with the 1% central american (has to be Mayan as well) and you are 2% Mayan
do you have any distant relatives from the Yucatan Peninsula?

damn this further then shows how accurate this is

if you got 45% spain and only 10% portuguese, that means that whoever scores alot of portuguese, genuinly has alot of it without knowing about it

cause before i was always though it was just noise since spain and portugal r related and these tests results were not good at distinguishing the both groups but it seems that it can

the Portuguese is probably from the Iberian Union, there would some Portuguese settlers to Mexico during the Spanish colonial era, my parental grandma's last name is Chavez, but of course it's the Spanish version, but it could have be changed to "sound more Spanish", I don't think I have Portuguese ancestry though, 95% of Caucasoids that migrated to Mexico were Spaniards during colonial times, it was after Independence, when more Caucasoid peoples started migrating to parts of Mexico such as Mexico City for example.
