Well according to my uncle, my great-grandpa immigrated from Spain to Jalisco, & my great-grandma was a Jew from Hungary who also immigrated to Jalisco.
My grandma said that my great-grandma was indeed jewish.
What do you think my actual ancestry is, do I have any Italian ancestry?

That Italian ancestry is going to be real seeing as it's after the update. But it's probably going to be from Sephardic ancestry, your great grandma won't have been Hungarian Ashkenazi based on your results so Sephardic makes more sense (pretty much every colonial latin American has some). Sephardic comes up as substantial Iberian, Italian, North African, West Asian and a smaller amount of Ashkenazi on 23andme
