Hello, can you give me your opinion about the phenotype and ethnicity of this man! Thank you very much!

mot sure about phenotype but he can pass as many european ethnicities
spanish , croatian , serbian , greek , romanian , polish etc

He is French propably Basque or from the South of France, or from North Italy.

Well done. I'm from the south east of France. My 2 parents also and my grand-parents. But I would be interested to know the entire part of my ancestors because as you can see I could have people from east or south europe in my blood line.
i had french in mind too but didnt list it . i would guess you as spanish before french . southeast france makes sense since that part of france has higher overlap with italy and spain compared to northern france

Did u see how i found it out?! You look like a typical south Frenchman or North Italian, form Turin to Milan and from Monaco to Bordeaux.
Your phenotype in my opinion is Alpine+minor Dinarid elements....
I am from Greece btw, and i wouldnt say u have any east European elements in your phenotype.
Oh yes! concerning the phenotype I'm a mix between atlanto-mediterranean and alpinid. A mix very well known in south of France. A guy that studied the difference wrote this to me : "People often confuse Dinarid and Atlantid. Both types have generaly a lot of testosterone. Both are tall and strong, brown-haired and brown-eyed, with thick facial hair. The differents are: 1. Atlantid is much taller. 2. Dinarid has prominent chinbone like pirates in cartoons, of devil, of witches in cartoon (the daltons). 3. Dinarids are brachycephalic, Atlantids are dolichocephalic. 4. Dinaric eyes are strong, angry... 5. Atlantic eyes are more encharming . 6. Atlantids are very intelligent and abstract. Dinaric IQ is inferior. 7. Dinarid enjoys self-pity (in tne sense of humour) which is not the case of the atlantid. 8. Atlantids like power and are able to be very generous just to show how powerful they are."
