if you for example take Iceland vs lets say Turkey . then you will have a drastic difference . almost none will be able to pass as each other . maybe 1% if that

yet if you compare Bulgaria , Romania , Greece etc. with Turkey things change . or if you compare Iceland with Belgium . you could even argue that balkans will overlap more with north and west turkey than they do with belgium and iceland
