by the way . i dont know if you will believe me but you can ...i am not lying :) i really thought that the 2 kurds look clearly different actually . the thing is that i really thought that all men are supposed to be the same ethnicity since it is a collage . and then i had to make a "compromise" and place them in south iran area . because the 2 kurds did strike me as different and the other men looked too exotic compared to them especially compared to the tunceli guy . so i thought that they might be south iranians with some of them looking more northern

and because of that i was subconciously influenced and the difference of the kurds seemed less to me than it is . thats why i said " a little different" . now after knowing what they all are my vision has become normal again

What about these by the way? Do they fit in the kurdish pheno range as well?

Blue cross ones are from TUrkey, with the woman being from Elbistan, while beardless guy is from Tokat(he might have some turkish ancestry and seems to have some gypsie as well, since he gets 5,4% SI on HW) and the other guy im not sure, but he seems kurdish based on his results.

The green cross ones are from Iran(forgot to cross beard guy on the bottom, but im not sure where in Iran he's from), and are likely kurds. Girl is from Sanandaj, guy in middle from Ilam and guy on right is from arak, Markazi(near Tehran....he speaks kurdish).

Then the uncrossed guys appears to be from Iraq, with top one being from Duhok. The other one, idk, but he scores like a kurd, so he might be kurdish.

And then there's this guy(he has my interest the most, since idk what he passes better as: kurd or persian. Im not even sure what he is, despite him being from Iran and scoring like a kurd though).

All these peoples fit right in as turkey kurds, right?

Well, might as well reveal now:

The ones with the pink crosses are actually from Turkey. Guy on far right is from Tunceli. Not so sure with the other guy. But neither seems to have gypsie ancestry, as they dont get above 4% SI on HW(which isnt out of turkish standards for you, alaska. Though on more eastern cline). I assume theyre kurds, since they score like kurds.
And i did expect you to somewhat recognise the kurd on the left side, though less so with the one on right side.

The ones with green crosses are afghans. Top one is kandahar pashtun, bottom one is kabuli tajik.

The ones with red crosses are arabs from Iraq. Top one scores around 5% SSA, but leans more towards kurds/persians. The bottom one scores around 2,8% SSA, but scores more similiar to tribal arabs.

Yellow crosses are actually iranians, not even from the south. Far right one is from apparently Sari, Mazandaran. He scores around 32% baloch, though he gets around 6,5% SI on HW(which isnt really off for some mazandaranis. Based on his matches on gedmatch, he doesnt seem south iranian).
The left one appears to be from Tehran, but could be from Isfahan or even somehwere west of Tehran. He scores closer to kurds actually with 3% SI on HW, but more iran N(29% baloch on HW).

Blue cross guy is actually a kalashi from Chitral, Pakistan.

Guy left uncrossed is some indian punjabi(sikh or hindu, idk)

Tried to make this collage somewhat tricky. Though i didnt expect you to confuse them for south iranians

I actually was going to say armenian/assyrian (so close to turkey) for some of them but I thought they were all part of the same ethnicity and looking at how diverse they were the only possible answer was iranian to me

I actually never had armenian in my mind, when i looked at them. Interesting you wanted to pick armenian

Not that i think armenians looks uber white, but the ones i posted....i dont really get armenians in my head. But i only seen few pics of armenians though

armenians basically look similar to most anatolians (at least the ones I know)

i wonder if you dont do errors by using people based on their kit number . i mean when you search for a name there can be many people with the same name etc

anyway i will give you my opinion on each of them . i will give them a number . nr1. is top left and then right from him on top left is nr.2 etc

nr.1 : he doesnt strike me as kurdish from turkey looking . i would actually guess him syrian . but he passes

nr.2 : her pigmentation is a bit odd . her skin color . but other than that she fits easily

nr. 3 : no . i would not guess him kurdish tbh. . he doesnt look turkey kurd at least .

nr.4. : is this guy kurdish or turkish ?

nr.5 : passes . but something is off . would guess him from azerbaijan as first option

nr.6 : looks a little foreign . would pass but would guess him syrian

nr.7 : people from tokat are turks not kurds . and it is hard to say from this photo

nr. 8. hmmmm. not sure about her

nr.9 : fits perfectly . very turkey kurd look

nr. 10 : looks lebanese imo

the guy with long hair : can pass . looks like some alevi kurds from kahramanmaras
