the problem is now that i have the real coords i have a bad fit the best fit i have in a calc is this:


it's good knowning my own ancestry

isn't this the Bronze age+Neolithic model? the fit will be better because a lot of components consumer each other which leads to overfitting.

maybe is becuase im more west and north shifted than the Corsican you use, keep in mind that im not 100% Iberian i have English and north Italian and some french ancestry and minor Slavic as i know

but with this tomenable model there are a few populations I modeled which got <2% fit. which for a neolithic model is rare.

yes of course . but it is still a decent fit because as you see i am at a distance of 15 to you and at a distance of 16 to Iran LN but the fit improves to 5.7 when you mix both . i edited the post btw. and added distances check it out

ah i see then cool but with wich one you get better distance? me or corsican? because i don't remember what did u used to get

corsican by far . when i use corsican individual references i get a fit of 3.8

u have a model for a Palestinian that would be from near Haifa? I imagine it would be similar to Lebanese Sunni
