They can apparently get up to 20% and some can look more "west asian" than this(talking about hindus)

they preserved more ancestry from their steppe ancestors or is it from a more recent event ?
The extra "caucasian" isnt from steppe ancestors, but local ancestors from both central asia(those would not resemble any modern day people, and were a west eurasian people, around 60-70% Iran N with 0-3% AASI in general) and south asia. Though the steppe ancestors did happen to bring this central asian ancestry to those hindus from ancient times(like 2000 years ago?)

i would have guessed her as mestiza or 75 % amerindian 25 % euro
i found a Georgian with 17 % west-central asian !!!
could she be mixed ?

but what would she be mixed with ? thats the thing . with dagestani ? because of the north european . or maybe Georgian Jewish ? because she gets modelled as half Georgian Jew half Adygei
this is what she scores like on Eurogenes K13 . keep in mind that the south asian component in K13 has a lot of west asian in it as i said . and in before "she gets kurdish as first fit so kurds = south asian" or some nonsense . i repeat : the eurogenes k13 south asian component has a lot of hidden west asian in it
her real south asian score is 2.2 % as you can see on K12b . which is very slightly elevated but nothing serious

Saginadze is only a Georgian surname. I doubt that she is mixed with a Geo Jew. geo Jews don't even score that much west central asian to begin with. If anything, she might be mixed with Kurdish.i found a Georgian with 17 % west-central asian !!!

the surname is most common in adjara . and on mdlp 16 she gets adjar as first fit in the oracle
i dont think she is mixed with kurdish . i think she is just another georgian who scores high WCA . like the girl with 15% above

She gets Kurdish as her first fit. She also gets modeled as on average 3/4 Kurdish and 1/4 Abkhasian/ Georgian and 54% Geo Jewish and 46% Adyghe and 3/4 Geo Jew and 1/4 Baloch
well the georgian reference just doesnt cover the full diversity of georgians i guess . i dont think she is mixed anymore . she is just atypical . however we have now one georgian with 15% wca and another one with 17 % . there are for sure a significant amount of georgians who will score similar . i bet we will find a few in thr future with 14 or so
compromised with wca and north euro
