i think the medes were just similar to us . i do think we kurds especially from turkey have native anatolian admix but i would not call that "armenian" . i have no armenian ancestry . my mom even asked some elders and they said no . i have no known non kurdish ancestry
also dont forget that kurds regardless of region score a decent chunk of anatolia neo anyway

It's because I've read eastern anatolians are very similar to armenians genetically and back in the time of the medes the borders were different : assyrians, hittites, urartians, medes etc all lived at some point close to each other but obviously I was expecting you to be a pure kurd (I was not implying you had recent armenian ancestors)
